Abhishek Manu Singhvi (born 24 February 1959) is an Indian politician belonging to Indian National Congress party and is presently a Member of the Parliament of India representing Rajasthan in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament. Abhishek got into action as soon as the sex tapes were leaked to three major media houses (Aaj Tak, India Today and Headlines Today) and got a stay order from courts to prevent the media houses from airing the tapes.
