New Delhi: Where issue of sex CD of Mahipal Maderna in Bhanwari sex scandal is still on fire, Rajya Sabha MP (Congress) from Rajasthan Abhishek Manu Singhvi’s alleged sex CD is becoming talk of the town. It is said that, this CD is shooted by his driver. However, Delhi high court has ban the broadcast or publication of CD.
High court has ordered a media house to not to broadcast the CD and even ban to publish any part of the CD. On the petition filed by Singhvi, justice Ravi Khetrapal passed the order. Next hearing on plea will be on May 21.
Delhi high court has asked to respond two channels of a media house, a weekly magazine and driver of Singhvi about the matter till May 21. Justice Khetrapal said that it will result to defamation of Singhvi if the broadcasting and publishing of CD is not banned. On the other hand, Singhvi said that the CD is fake and is Marf and fabricated.
